Great stay, fantastic personnel! We loved the amazing views from our room and the complimentary shuttle to town was really handy. The breakfast had an excellent variety of options and the spa facilities were really relaxing, which we appreciated.

The room was a bit too small for our liking and we felt that the noise level from the streets outside was sometimes a bit too much. However, the staff did their best to help us with this.

Hotel service, cleanliness and location superb. Very easy to get to and from the ski lifts (snow permitting). Excellent hotel in a lovely ski village.

Family run hotel - very friendly. With all the snow, it was possible to ski from the hotel door to the ski lift (< 5 mins), instead of 5/7 min walk and then taking, the free bus service (journey 5 mins), which was very regular. Very close to centre of village for restaurants, etc.

Spent a lovely Easter holiday in the Swiss Alps! Enjoyed the amazing spa facilities and comfortable rooms. the location was key, just a few minutes' walk from the ski lifts, and the daily shuttle service was very convenient. the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Loved being surrounded by beautiful views of the mountains and fresh air!

Annalisa at the front desk was super helpful on arrival. Magdelana in the breakfast area was phenomenal. I was impressed with the sauna area which we used a couple of times. Garage parking was available with our room which was a nice plus. We also had a friendly cat visit us a couple of times, nice homey feel. The kitchenette was nice, we cooked at least three evenings.

We stayed in Room 201 which was a junior suite. The sauna room was on the same floor at the end of the hall which led to a lot of hallway noise due to people coming through the stairwell door to the sauna area. The stairwell door has a loud closing bang if the handle is not held and the door shut per a normal process, unfortunately, 90% of the hotel guest were unaware of the function of a door handle. Also, Room 201 is under the kitchen/dining area. There was a strange monotone sound coming from above our room 3 of the nights we were there. I thought it was a refrigerator fan motor or something. It was inconsistent enough to be annoying. Also, we had a few small kids in the hotel who were a little rambuctious and due to a lack of supervision at times, thought it appropriate to run around the floor and go in and out of the banging stairwell door (previously mentioned). The hotel could be a little better soundproofed to say the least. Lastly, we had to ask for toilettries and towels one day and I would have liked to have the bed linen changed more than once while we were there for 7 nights. Ask for a Room on the higher floors if available.

The location was excellent, and the staff were very informative wiht respect to skiing and local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

We were traveling with our dog, and the pet fee was CHF20 per day which is pretty steep. We are used to around 5 Euro per day. Booked.net does not provide you the actual cost of pet fees, just that they "may apply."

We had a great time at this hotel. The staff at the reception and restaurant were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and had great facilities, including a spa. The location was convenient for skiing, with transportation to the cable car. The breakfast had plenty of delicious options.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They even picked us up from the bus stop and drove us to the ski lifts every day, which was a very comfortable and convenient way to travel. The spa facilities were absolutely wonderful, offering multiple sauna options and a clean, relaxing atmosphere. The location of this place was also perfect for us, as it was very quiet and provided ample parking.

This hotel is a true gem. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the ski lifts, with easy access to the gondola, Samnaun cable car, and the main Double Decker cable car. the room is clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and great facilities such as sauna and wellness area. the breakfast is delicious, with a variety of choices available to suit different tastes.

The hotel lacks a restaurant on-site to enjoy dinner at.
